Watts Up Training provides structured indoor training for people who want to maximize their training time on the bike. We provide custom built training sessions designed to improve your cycling performance.
If you’re looking for your best Ironman bike split, want to hang with the local Friday ride, or simply to get a new PR on your favorite Strava Segment, we can help!
Each training ride is 65-75 minutes long and includes a structured warm up and cool down with plenty of work in between!
We use state-of-the-art 2019 Wahoo Kickr Direct Drive Indoor Trainers.
- The Kickr’s large flywheel uses new algorithms to improve responsiveness and better replicate the sensation of riding on the road
- With over 2,200 watts of resistance and an incredibly stable design, Kickr is built to withstand the intense forces dished out
- The Kickr’s adaptability means we can accommodate various configurations including disc brakes, thru axles and 650cc wheels
